(1) The mighty technique group: Mingbo Power Supply Company makes a point of the development of high and new technique, and absorbs talented persons with high and new technique. Chief engineer Wu Jinggang from China Academy of Science attends personally to guide as the technique counselor. The company owns the science research & development center, and technique laboratory. It has the equipment for science research & development. The high and new technique talented persons include 5 high-ranked engineers, 15 engineers and 32 technical persons. Common Knowledge of Battery

State standard of battery common using: IEC (International Electrical Commission) is the world-kind and standard organize from the electrician's committees by all countries. Its purpose is to promote the standardizing in the realm of world's electrician and electronics. The standard of Ni-MH Batteries is IEC614361998.1, while what some enterprises go by is corporation standard of Sanyo or Panasonic.
State Standards of battery common using are as followed:
Standard of Ni-Cd battery: GB/T11013_1996GB/T18289_2000;
Standard of Ni-MH battery: GB/T15100_1994GB/T18288_2000;
Standard of Li battery: GB/T10077_1998YD/T998_1999,GB/T18287_2000
Nickel-Cadmiun Battery: Ni-Cd Battery is applied in the cell phone, notebook in early period. It has the good character of discharging by strong electric current, strong ability of boring overrun charging, and simple maintenance.
Ni-MH Battery: Ni-MH Battery is the substitute product for earlier period's Ni-Cd battery. It can do most for environmental protection presently. For no longer using poisonous cadmium, it can dissolve the contaminative problem that some heavy metal elements bring to environment. Ni-MH Battery has big ratio between energy and density, which means it can availably prolong the equipments' work time in the condition of no increasing the additional weight for digital equipments. At the same time, Ni-MH Battery is basic alike with Ni-MH Battery in the aspect of electricity characteristic. During actual application, it can completely substitute Ni-MH Battery, while no needing any reforming to the equipments. Ni-MH Battery's another advantage is it can consumedly decrease the "memory effect" that exists in Ni-Cd Battery, which makes Ni-MH battery can be used more expediently.
